Its open week! Programmin will be a bit different the next 5 weeks, I will program thursday’s workout on wednesday for those doing the open (which should be alot of you). Thursday will be the day off for open competitors. Still no class on wednesday but for open competitors the workouts will be easy and skill based.
We will do OPEN workouts friday night starting at roughly 5:30. If your doing the open, please try to plan on doing the workout then. Its gonna be a ton of fun!
